Annoyed by the dirtiness of his former tenants, a landlord dumped garbage in front of their new home.
When you’re a landlord, you can have very bad surprises when you rent your home.
This owner living in Rozoy-sur-Serre in Aisne, France, had a very bad surprise when he took back his apartment.
Thomas Ravaux posted photos of his apartment on Facebook.
“This is my home after 14 months of unpaid rent. Thank you to the tenants of the apartment” he writes.
“Living like that with three kids, bravo. Shame on you!!! Not to mention the food wasted in the fridge offered by the “restos du cœur” (French charity)! Shame on you !” added the owner on Facebook before concluding: “Good luck to your new landlord who is renting you a house in Brunehamel !! “.
You be the judge :
Here is also a video of the apartment:
But Thomas Ravaux did not stop there. Horrified by the number of rubbish in his apartment, he decided to give them back to his former tenants!
A return to sender which has been immortalized by several photos.
The landlord has collected all the garbage of his former tenants to drop them in front of their new home.
The video has been viewed more than 180,000 times on the internet since its release. It has also been shared more than 3,000 times.

Many Internet users congratulated the owner for his reaction.
If Thomas Ravaux finds himself one day into the courts, he can say that he did the same thing as the mayor of Laigneville in Oise.
Christophe Dietrich has indeed used this method of “return to sender” on several occasions.
In this way, he punished construction companies that left trash on construction sites.
In a video, he explained the effectiveness of his method by stating: “I’m fighting against the wild dumping of waste in the wild“.
You can discover his intervention dating from January in the video below:
There is no doubt that this method must actually be very effective!
For all tenants, leave an apartment in good condition when you leave. It could happen to you too!
